Areola
Natural Results
Instead of perfectly round shape, areolas are oval. Therefore, the design is drawn by hand to make it look natural. The colors are individually mixed from a variety of laboratory tested pigments.
Areola Reconstruction
Areola Pigmentation is especially designed for clients, who have undergone breast surgery. The treatment is possible for both unilateral and bilateral mastectomy patients as well as areolas with or without nipple buttons.
We always perform the treatment completely privately, to guarantee that you feel comfortable during the procedure. Areola Pigmentation is a modern permanent make-up technique, which is performed with a hand held machine. Tiny dots of pigment are set into the skin by softly puncturing the nipple area with sterile needles. By layering the pigments, we achieve different intensity for the color. If the skin around the nipple has scarring, it’s recommended to treat the area with Derma SR8 Scar Treatment first. As a result, the skin will be softer and lighter, which is a better foundation for the pigmentation.
