Put simple: Microblading mimics a natural look with individual hair strokes and Powder Brows a powdery make-up look. However, everybody has different brows, skin types and ideas of beauty, which need to be considered before getting your brows pigmented.
If you want to rock a natural look and you’re having your brows pigmented for the first time, Microblading might be the right fit for you! Microblading is done manually with a thin blade, which is used to apply microblading pigments in the first layer of the skin. The strokes are precise and fine, mimicking and blending in with the real hairs. Non-oily and pigment-free skin is the best base for sharp and long-lasting microblading strokes.
“Nothing like the bulky brow tattoos in the 90s, powder technique enables a soft – yet defined – look.”
Fleeky brows without having to fill them up with make-up? Say no mo’, Powder Brows are the way to go! Powder Brows are done with a hand-held machine that’s used to gently penetrate the skin with medical grade needles. Nothing like the bulky brow tattoos in the 90s, powder technique enables a soft – yet defined – look. Building up the color gradually creates the impression of carefully colored in make-up brows. Powder Brows last longer, which makes them suitable for oily or combination skin. Often, this is also the best option to choose, when covering old pigmentations.
Remember that you can also mix the two techniques with Combo Brows. This one is my clients’ favourite treatment. With Combo Brows the possibilities for your individual brow design are endless. Mixing different techniques provides more dimension and detail on your brows.
Still unsure which to choose? Don’t worry! Before we start the treatment, I provide consultation, where we share our visions and decide the right technique for you.
Whatever it is you have in your mind, let me be the one to realize your brow dream!
